For starters, each and every new bicycle purchased from Wynnum Cycles is assembled by our trained staff, and the serial number is recorded on your receipt for your security information.

Every new bicycle sold comes with a 10% discount off ALL accessories for a further 30 days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase from Wynnum Cycles is required. This offer is only valid for the original purchaser of the bike.

Also included with every new bike purchase $300 and over is our Rider Support Program. This entitles the purchaser to a 1 month 1st adjustment service with a further 2 months of adjustments to gears, brakes and riding position if required. We encourage you to ride the bicycle as much as possible during this time to allow the components to bed in and the cables to stretch, as well as for your own fitness and enjoyment of course. This time on your bicycle also allows you to realize any extra accessories that you might need, so that you can take advantage of our 30 day discount.
